I love teaching yoga, I love seeing my students come to class after a tough day or week, and knowing they feel way better.
I love seeing the changes in their bodies; improved posture, improved flexibility & strength. I enjoy knowing that each student leaves the studio glowing & feeling grounded, calm & peaceful.
I started my journey as a massage therapist 20 years ago, still love giving massage, however I found i was always giving exercises & stretches to my massage clients. Naturally I gravitated towards yoga, I feel yoga is something i can give to you, and that you can take it and make it your own. I am excited when people embrace yoga because I know they will age better, and yoga can assist in keeping the biological clock our physical bodies younger and stronger.
I also feel it is never too late to start practicing, no matter how old your are, how tight, how uncoordinated you are, you will be amazed at how quickly your body adapts and changes for the better.
