Each asana or pose is performed with the alignment in mind, building a strong foundation before we fully express the pose.  ​

In order to build a foundation, we need to cultivate patience within our selves, trust that a regular practice will eventually bring deeper results

Some of you will want to push your selves too fast which may cause injury and some of you will hold your self back,too much, inhibiting your growth.  We hope to help you with your practice so that your practice deepens safely.
